Dawin Electronics lays great emphasis on R&D parts. We are doing our best for supplying the custumers with the products of high-quality and energy-saving characteristics. Since the company foundation in August 2001, we developed the FRD module line-up(100~300A, 300~1200V) and IGBT module line-up(50~400A, 600~1200V). We are going to develop from MOSFET module(50~100A, 500~600V) to IPM series as soon as possible.
