AD6539BCP-REEL ADI说明Othello One TV™ Single Chip Direct Conversion GSM/GPRS Transceiver with Integrated TX VCOsThe AD6539 Othello One TV™ is a member of the Othello® family of GSM/GPRS transceiver products. It includes all RF functions needed to implement a GSM/GPRS radio for 850-, 900-, 1800- and 1900-MHz applications, including the crystal oscillator, local oscillator (LO), voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) and transmit VCO in a single device. It provides significant reductions in component count, bill-of-materials cost and board area compared to previous-generation Othello devices. The AD6539 features four individual low-noise amplifier (LNA) inputs, enabling true quad-band operation without external filter switching. The AD6539, combined with a power amplifier with integrated power detector/controller, provides a very low cost, GSM/GPRS radio solution in less than 4 cm2 of single-sided PCB area. The AD6539 is available in a 48-lead LFCSP package. Applications:
